1 – Schwarzbier (8B)
This style can be seen as the lager counterpart of a stout. Roasted malts give this German lager notes of dark chocolate and coffee, while maintaining a dry finish with no astringency and, above all, the high drinkability typical of lagers.

Specifications:
OG: 1.046 – 1.052 ; FG: 1.010 – 1.016 ; IBU: 20 – 30 ; EBC: 34 – 60 ; ABV: 4.4 – 5.4 %

2 – Weissbier (10A)
This is a German wheat beer (once again!) brewed with a very distinctive yeast that gives it its well-known aromas of banana (!) and clove. Wheat provides a smooth, creamy mouthfeel, while the finish remains fairly dry. A lively carbonation is expected.

Specifications:
OG: 1.044 – 1.053 ; FG: 1.008 – 1.014 ; IBU: 8 – 15 ; EBC: 4 – 12 ; ABV: 4.3 – 5.6 %

3 – “French” Pale Ale – FPA (based on American Pale Ale – 18A)
We invite you to brew an American Pale Ale (APA) using French-grown hops. The beer should display the typical characteristics of an APA: a pale beer, lightly bitter, and moderately hopped (compared to American IPAs), balanced and subtle. The focus should be on hops grown in France, whether French varieties or American varieties cultivated in France, highlighting the influence of terroir.
The origin of the hops must be specified on the beer presentation sheet.

Specifications:
OG: 1.045 – 1.060 ; FG: 1.010 – 1.015 ; IBU: 30 – 50 ; EBC: 10 – 20 ; ABV: 4.5 – 6.2 %
